Hennessy Starlift Steel Orchestra wins Junior Panorama again

The Hennessy Starlift Steel Orchestra has once again won the Junior Panorama title.

Playing Hance’s John’s “All I Need” the Starlift Steel Orchestra scored a total of 245 points, the highest score in a hotly contested show at Victoria Park on Sunday evening (July 2).

In second position was Sion Hill Euphonium Steel Orchestra with 236 points. They played Field Marshall’s ‘Cocaine Jumbie’.

In third position was Symphonix Steel Orchestra with 232 points. They produced a musical rendition of Winston Soso’s ‘With Hands In The Air’.

The fourth position was taken by the Bishop’s College Steel Orchestra with a rendition of Blacksand’s ‘Afro Caribbean’. They scored 223 points.

Fifth position was taken by The LEAF Elite Steel Orchestra with a rendition of Becket’s ‘Kentucky’. They scored 174 points.

The sixth position was taken by the Sandy Bay Secondary School with a total of 116 points. They delivered a rendition of Mitch’s ‘To The Sky’.
