Police are on the scene in Kingstown near the NIS building where it is reported that at least five (5) persons were shot this evening.
Of the five individuals, three of the individuals are said to have succumbed to their injuries, one was rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital and the other is said to be hanging onto life.
