Vincentians desirous of learning Mandarin can do so on January 2024 at the Villa Campus of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC).
Taiwan Technical Mission in St. Vincent and the Grenadines said in a post today (November 17) that it will launch a Mandarin level 1 course for the public starting on January 9, 2024.
“If you have a desire to learn Mandarin, don’t miss out on this opportunity,” the Mission said.
Class time will be Every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
According to the Mission, the course content includes Mandarin pronunciation and tones, Everyday practical sentence structures and grammar, Conversation skills, and Experience Taiwanese culture.
The course’s duration is approximately five months, “allowing you to easily grasp the essence of Mandarin in a short period,” the Taiwan Technical Mission said.
The Mission said the course offers special benefits.
“Upon completion of the course, students can participate in the Taiwan TOCFL Novice test for free, adding a wonderful conclusion to your Mandarin proficiency journey,” the Mission stated.
