The Central Leeward Secondary School (CLSS) has defended its title by winning the 2023 SVGFF Senior Division of the Inter-Secondary Schools Football Tournament for the third consecutive time.
In the final played at Victoria Park on Sunday (December 10), Central Leeward Secondary defeated the Bethel High School 4-0.
According to the Department of Sports, the Central Leeward Warriors were on an 11-game unbeaten run, going back to last year before their win in Sunday’s finals.
They had two draws this year, one of which was against the Bethel High School Alphas, who they defeated in the finals on Sunday.
The St. Vincent Grammar School placed 3rd in the Senior Division by defeating the St. Martins Secondary School 2-1 in the 3rd place playoff last week.
