Owia Government is 2023 Inter-Primary Schools Football Champion

The Owia Government School has dethroned the Paget Farm Government School to win the 2023 Inter-Primary Schools Football Title.

The match was held on Sunday, December 10, at the Victoria Park.

According to results published by the Department of Sports, Owia Government School’s team scores three (3) goals while the Paget Farm Government School scored two (2) goals.

Before being dethroned, the Paget Farm Government School team was on a 15 game win streak, dating back to last year, according to the Sports Department.

The 3rd Place in the Inter Primary School Football Tournament went to the C.W. Prescod Primary School who defeated the Questelles Government School two goals to one in the 3rd place playoff last week.
