BREAKING: North Leeward to get another financial institution as TCCU opens Jan 4

North Leeward will get more financial services as the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Cooperative Credit Union – SVGTCCU will open a branch on January 4.

The SVGTCCU branch will operate in the same building that houses the newly opened branch of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines In Chateaubelair.

In a press release issued today (December 29), the SVGTCCU said that in addition to normal operations, the new location will also offer Western Union services as well as a Supplies Outlet and Bookshop.

The operating hours are Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

“The Board of Directors, Management, and Staff of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Cooperate Credit Union offers sincere gratitude to all our members in North Leeward for your unwavering loyalty and support. We look forward to serving you,” the SVGTCCU said.

The move is expected to be welcomed news for the people of North Leeward who have been without direct access to financial services for years until the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines recently opened a branch there in December 2023.
