St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Sustainable Development and Culture, the HonourableCarlos James will deliver a keynote address to international sales executives at the Annual Sandals Global Sales meeting to be held in Ocho Rios, Jamaica on Friday, January 5, 2024.
The Sandals Global Sales meeting is designed to bring together all international branches of the Sandals sales team, including North America, the United Kingdom and Europe.
In an effort to ramp up bookings to the multi-island destination among global sales executives, Minister James will push for more support to the island’s tourism product offering.
Sandals Resorts International’s (SRI) newest all-inclusive resort in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is set to welcome its first guests on March 27, 2024. Set against a rainforest backdrop between mountains and the sea, the new resort is now open for reservations with direct flights to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from London Heathrow, Miami International, JFK in New York and Pearson International in Toronto, Canada.
“All eyes are on St. Vincent and the Grenadines as an emerging tourism destination. I am pleased that our tourism development is taking shape, and it is being done in a sustainable way,” Minister James said.
Minister James returns to the State on Sunday.
