BREAKING: At least one person shot in ‘daylight robbery’ at Campden Park

At least one person was shot in an alleged robbery at Hills Minimart in the Plan area of Campden Park.

Reports are that the victim received gunshot wounds to his hand and a bullet grazed his abdomen.

The victim is Mr. Gordon Lavia, 57, who received six gunshot wounds to his forearm, according to reports.

Mr. Lavia is an employee of Hills Minimart.

The incident happened at around 4:30 p.m., this afternoon (January 20).

The victim is said to be at hospital in stable condition.

It is not clear if the shooter(s) made off with anything, but the minimart has been subject to a number of robberies over the years.
