Police are on the scene at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) where a patient has been shot.
The incident took place on Tuesday night (March 19) on the Male Surgical Ward.
The patient who was shot has been identified as Connel Jack, 26, of Ottley Hall who was hospitalized on Sunday night (March 17) with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
He was shot in Ottley Hall on Sunday (March 17), but he survived the incident.
On Tuesday (March 19), an unknown assailant reportedly entered the premises of the ward and shot him.
His current condition is unclear.
