Police today (March 21), caught Sjada Daniel, a man they say was wanted in connection with a series of burglaries.
Police reportedly had an encounter with Mr. Daniel in Little Tokyo, Kingstown which ended up in him being shot in his hand and apprehended.
One News SVG understands that Mr. Daniel, the person of interest, has been hospitalized and is nursing the gunshot wound at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH).
The full nature of the encounter with police is unclear, but the police are expected to issue a full statement soon on the issue.
