Tropical Shipping said it reaffirmed its dedication to supporting pediatric healthcare through its generous donation of USD$1000 ($1 USD = $2.70 XCD) to the World Pediatric Project on April 24th, 2024.
In a press release, the company said Felicia George, Sales Coordinator of Tropical Shipping handed over the cheque to Atyna Harry, Program Assistant & Office Administrator of World Pediatric Project, while Executive Director – Caribbean, World Pediatric Project, Lauren Mc Intosh Shallow and Kerwin Hinson, Sales Representative looked on.

“The donation underscores Tropical Shipping’s ongoing commitment to making a positive impact in communities it serves, particularly in the realm of children’s health and well-being. With this contribution, Tropical Shipping aims to further the mission of the World Pediatric Project, which focuses on providing critical medical care to children in need across St. Vincent & the Grenadines, the Caribbean, and beyond,” this company stated in the release.
“We are thrilled to strengthen our partnership with the World Pediatric Project through this donation,” said Cedric Mc Intyre, Island Manager at Tropical Shipping, according to the release.

Meanwhile, the World Pediatric Project expressed its gratitude for the generous donation from Tropical Shipping, emphasizing the impact it will have on their efforts to provide life-saving medical care to children in need, the release stated.
