2 Women charged with striking 2 other women in their heads in separate incidents

Police said that on May 21, 2024, they arrested and charged Roslyn Miller, a 35-year-old unemployed resident of Byrea, with the offence of Wounding.

“Miller is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding a 34-year-old cashier from Byrea, by striking her on her forehead with a glass bottle. The offence occurred in Byrea on April 27, 2024,” the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force stated in a release.

“Roslyn Miller was granted station bail in the sum of $2000.00ECC Dollars with one surety and is expected to appear before the Colonarie Magistrates Court on May 23, 2024, to answer to the charge,” Police said.

Meanwhile, police said that in a separate incident, on May 21, 2024, Police arrested and charged Azizah Stowe, a 29-year-old resident of Ashton, Union Island, with the offence of Wounding.

“Stowe is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding, a 19-year-old supervisor from Ashton, Union Island, by striking her on her forehead with an unknown object. The offence occurred in Clifton, Union Island, on May 19, 2024,” police said.

“Azizah Stowe was granted station bail in the sum of $1000.00ECC with one surety and is expected to appear before the Union Island Magistrates Court on June 7, 2024, to answer to the charge,” police added.
