Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) has again publicly recognized the outstanding performances of its Vincentian employees.
The new resort which opened its doors to the public on March 27, 2024, said that as team members settle into their new roles, several of them have begun to stand out – proving that the team assembled at Buccament Bay is shaping up to be the new generation of exceptional hospitality in SVG.
In a July 11 press release, the company recognized Denika Cox and Inikar Laidlow as outstanding team members.
The first time the company publicly recognized outstanding Vincentian team members was on May 7, 2024 when it recognized Brent Ollivierre and Andraé Jackson.
This time, (July 11), the company said Denika Cox who is the Butler Services Manager and Inikar Laidlow who is a Restaurant Supervisor in the Food and Beverage Department are outstanding.
About Denika, the company said:
“Originally from Canouan but now residing in New Montrose, Denika expresses deep gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the Sandals family. She envisions a long and rewarding career at Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and is relishing every moment of her employment with the company”.
“Denika, who was recently promoted from Butler Supervisor to Butler Services Manager, is particularly impressed with SandalsResort’s emphasis on personal growth and development. She highlights how it has heightened her awareness of life decisions and professional presentation, and is instrumental in fostering a more positive mindset and attitude,” the company said.

About Inikar, the company said:
