St. Vincent Brewery Limited (SVBL) Says Thank you

On August 16, 2024, the
management and staff of The St. Vincent Brewery (SVBL) gathered at Mill Rawacou for a joyous, music-filled “THANK YOU lime” for over 535 specially invited guests from St. Vincent Electricity Services (VINLEC), Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) and the Roads, Buildings & General Services Authority (BRAGSA).

In the face of the significant damage and devastation caused in July by Category 4 Hurricane
Beryl, the staff of VINLEC and CWSA were tasked with the process of restoring electricity
and water to homes and shelters island wide while BRAGSA had the enormous task of
rebuilding damage done to our infrastructure. The Saint Vincent’s Brewery Limited says thanks to their swift efforts, their skill and
dedication. Persons on mainland St. Vincent had their services restored to begin the process of rebuilding in a matter of days, according to a press release that was sent. The efforts continue in the Grenadines.

The management and staff at St. Vincent Brewery Limited felt it important to publicly
recognize the significant service the staff of the combined Vincentian utility companies
rendered to their country in the wake of Hurricane Beryl and so arranged the August 16 “lime” in their honor.

However, the press release further stated that a few members of staff at the utility companies could not be in attendance as they were continuing the rehabilitation process in the Grenadines.
