One News SVG can confirm that one person is dead after being shot multiple times today in the Paul’s Avenue area of Kingstown.
Dead is Jawanza Sanga Fraser, a resident of Paul’s Avenue.
He was shot multiple times about his body and rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding his shooting are unclear.
The farmer and businessman had survived an attempt on his life in December 2022.

In another incident , a Sandy Bay resident identified as Mr. Osment with the alias ‘Rusty’ was shot in lower extremities in the Sion Hill areas earlier today.
He is currently nursing his wounds at hospital.
The circumstances surrounding his shooting are unclear.
Police are investigating.
