Jamaican reggae, dancehall, and lovers rock singer, songwriter, and producer Romaine Gordon, known as Romain Virgo will headline the RISE Reggae concert in St. Vincent on November 9.
The organisers of the event – RISE Reggae said in a press release said the show will be held at Victoria Park at 8:00 PM.
“This landmark event is a collaborative production between St. Vincent’s 3 Element and the innovative Barbados-based producers, Nouvelle Vie, the leading concert and event production company of RISE Barbados,” the organizers said.
“Attendees can look forward to a full concert of inspiring reggae music, promoting a message of peace, love, and positivity,” the organizers added.
RISE Reggae said: “The night will feature an electrifying performance by internationally acclaimed reggae artist, Romain Virgo, the 2024 Caribbean Music Awards -Best Reggae Artiste of the Year, headlining ‘The Gentleman in Concert, A Night with Romain and Friends,’. The night will be a showcase of stellar of local and regional talent, performing all their popular hits and spreading uplifting energy throughout the evening.”
The organizers said RISE Reggae Experience aims to create a peaceful and joyful atmosphere. “In these intense and challenging times, we believe St. Vincent and the Grenadines, in fact, the region needs a burst of positivity and unity,” shared the event Producers. “We’re thrilled to offer a night of pure, clean, fun and soul-nourishing music as a beacon of hope for the Caribbean.”
