Here is the police report on Carl Quow‘s death

The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said it is investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting that occurred in Edinboro at approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 6, 2025.

Police said they promptly responded to reports of gunfire in Edinboro, in the vicinity of the Catholic Pastoral Centre. Upon arrival, officers discovered Carl Quow, a 23-year-old resident of Edinboro, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds about his body. He was later pronounced deceased at the scene by the District Medical Officer (DMO).

During the incident, a minor also sustained an injury and was treated at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH). The individual has since been discharged.

The Crime Scene Unit processed the area and collected several exhibits to assist with the ongoing investigation. Investigators are determined to pursue all available leads. A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.

The RSVGPF said it urges anyone with information that could assist in this investigation to come forward.
