The deceased has only been identified by the alias “Balloon Head.”

The news comes after another Diamond resident died today.
Mr. Michael Richards, a 26-year-old steel bender from Diamond, died this morning (April 17) at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, where he had been receiving treatment since April 1.
Mr. Richards was shot on April 1, 2025, near the Girls’ High School (GHS) Bus Stop in Richmond Hill on April 1, 2025.
On April 3, the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force reported that they had arrested and formally charged two individuals in connection with the shooting incident.
