Grenadines beat Windward to reach finals of ECF

Grenadines Whalers defeated Windward Warriors tonight (August 1), to reach the finals of the inaugural Emancipation Cricket Festival (ECF).

In the match played at the Arnos Vale Stadium Grenadines Whalers batted first and scored 146 for 9 off 20 overs. 

In reply, Windward Warriors scored 85 all out off 17.5 overs.   

The victory means that Grenadines Whalers will face Kingstown Kings on Sunday in the finals of the 4-day competition. 

On Saturday, August 2, there will be the third-place play-offs at 7:00 p.m. between Leeward Lions and Windward Warriors.
