The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) will be hosting a series of sessions to inform prospective students about available programme options and help them navigate the application process for the upcoming admissions cycle, ahead of the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) results.
The SVGCC will hold a live virtual information session via Facebook and Zoom on Friday, 15 August 2025, at 10:00 a.m. This session will provide details on programmes offered through the Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies (DASGS), the Division of Technical and Vocational Education (DTVE) and the College Access Programme: Pathways to Success (CAPPS).
Following this, the college will offer academic advising sessions on Monday, 18 August, and Tuesday, 19 August 2025, at the Villa Campus, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Prospective students, parents, and guardians are encouraged to attend one of these sessions, which will provide personalised guidance on programme selection.

Applications for DASGS and DTVE will be accepted online via https://admissions.svgcc.vc from 19–25 August 2025, while applications for CAPPS will be accepted from 1–8 September 2025.
To be considered for a programme, applicants must satisfy the minimum matriculation requirements. For one-year Certificate Programmes, applicants must have four CSEC passes, including English A. CAPE and Associate Degree programmes require five CSEC passes, including English A. For CAPPS, applicants must have either three CSEC passes, or two CSEC passes plus two Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC) passes, or two CSEC passes plus a Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ). Some programmes may also have additional subject-specific requirements beyond these minimum standards.
