Esron “Spielberg” Culzac, a local music producer and artist from St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), met Jamaican dancehall artiste Earlan “Alkaline” Bartley in person for the first time last night (16 August), despite having produced three of Alkaline’s songs previously.
Their meeting took place at SummerFest, in Kingstown, St. Vincent which was headlined by Alkaline, who delivered an electrifying performance that left fans wanting more.
This encounter marked a pivotal moment for both artists, as it solidified their professional relationship.
Spielberg has made a name for himself as a talented producer, having worked on popular tracks for Alkaline, including “Big Tyma,” “Nuh Average,” and “Cuttin Table.”
Each of these songs showcases the unique blend of rhythms and lyrical depth for which Alkaline is known, with Spielburg’s contributions playing a crucial role in shaping their sound.
In addition to his work with Alkaline, Esron ‘Spielberg” Culzac has released his own music across all major platforms. He boasts two significant soca hits: “Headways,” which made a considerable impact in 2023, and “Red Button,” which has already gained traction and secured second place in St. Vincent’s 2025 national Road March competition. These successes highlight Spielburg’s versatility as a creator, further establishing his reputation in the music scene.
