A newly launched boat was reported stolen from Carriacou sometime between the night of August 30 and the morning of August 31.
The vessel, measuring 17 feet in length and fitted with a 60 horsepower 2-stroke Yamaha engine, had only just been completed and launched a week prior to the theft.
The name of the vessel is Success.
Authorities in both Grenada and St. Vincent have been notified of the incident.
The public is being urged to assist by providing any information they may have regarding the whereabouts of the stolen boat.
Anyone who has seen the vessel or has relevant information is encouraged to come forward to aid the ongoing investigation.
