Courts Optical is bringing free eye exams to Bequia

Courts Optical will be hosting a free health outreach in Bequia, upstairs Bequia ventures on September 25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., which will include eye exams as well as blood pressure and blood sugar screenings.

The event will be open to all persons in the vicinity who wish to take advantage of the services provided at no charge.

Since commencing business on August 7, 2015, Courts Optical has been a trusted provider of optical services and products on the island.

It has also transformed the landscape since its inception by offering free eye testing to the public.

On August 28, 2025, Courts Optical celebrated its 10th anniversary at the main Courts store on Bay Street, Kingstown. The celebration featured free blood pressure and blood sugar testing conducted by the Diabetic Association, sampling a variety of snacks provided by local distributors, as well as wine and treats for shoppers.

On that day, customers who filled their prescriptions also received free school supplies and back-to-school hairstyles provided at no charge by local hairstylists.

Courts Optical is inviting the residents of Bequia to take advantage of this opportunity to get their eyes tested, along with blood pressure and blood sugar screenings.
