PiSquared Academy has launched weekly online classes to help Form 3–5 students prepare for CSEC Math and Physics, offering affordable rates, personalized teaching methods, and a focus on true understanding—not just passing exams.

PiSquared Academy is a newly founded academy that goes by the motto “Curiosity Drives Success.” The academy aims to offer online Zoom sessions, past paper practice, and exam strategy tips for students in the Form 4 & 5 classes for Math and Physics. Classes are offered at affordable rates—just $60 per month for one subject or $100 per month for both subjects. Each class lasts 2 hours, with a 15-minute break after the first hour.

The founder of PiSquared Academy stated:
“I was inspired to start PiSquared Academy because my two sisters struggled with Math, and I enjoyed helping them. After tutoring them, I saw their grades improve, and that made me realize I could help other students as well. I have consistently performed well in Math and Physics myself, having pursued A-Levels in Pure Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Integrated Mathematics, and successfully completed CXC Additional Mathematics, CXC Mathematics, and CXC Physics.”

As the academy is just starting, the goal is to achieve a 100 percent pass rate by giving students the support and strategies they need to succeed.

PiSquared Academy plans to cater to up to 50 students across the different classes. This allows them to keep the groups small enough to give each student the attention they need.

The academy explained that what makes them different is their focus on Math and Physics. Rather than only preparing students to pass exams, they aim to build real understanding and confidence.

Students who struggle with learning are also welcome to join the academy, as they use different teaching techniques based on how each student learns best. The founder added:
“I encourage them and make sure they feel supported, because every student has the potential to improve with the right guidance.”

PiSquared Academy also noted that they do not see other tutoring businesses as competition. Instead, they view them as colleagues who share a similar goal—helping students succeed.

The academy’s focus is on providing quality teaching, building strong relationships with students, and making Math and Physics enjoyable and accessible.

Registration is open until October 1.

Those who wish to register should contact the academy via WhatsApp at (784) 497-1791 or on Instagram @pisquaredacademys.
