The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) has arrested and charged a man with indecent assault for allegedly whining on a woman.
In a press release dated October 3, the RSVGPF stated that on 1 October 2025, Asaiah Farrell, a 36-year-old resident of Campden Park/Lowmans Hill, was charged with the offence of indecent assault.
Investigations indicate that the accused allegedly assaulted a 55-year-old resident of Campden Park by putting his hands around her body and whining on her. The offence is said to have occurred on 29 September 2025 in Kingstown.
Farrell appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on 1 October 2025. The presiding magistrate committed him to the Mental Health Centre for a two-week evaluation, after which the matter will be reviewed.
