Duties include operating the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions, balancing daily sales, and managing inventory by receiving, restocking, and organizing products. The successful candidate will also maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment, assist with merchandising, pricing, and product displays, take initiative to solve problems, support day-to-day operations, and help promote the business through social media and creative marketing ideas. Additional support to management may also be required.
Applicants should possess prior retail or customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail and time management. They should be honest, reliable, self-motivated, and have basic computer and social media skills. Flexibility and a willingness to learn as the business grows are also important.
