The vibrant sounds of the Caribbean come alive in St. George’s today as the Grenada Caribbean Music Festival (GCMF) officially kicks off from 6pm at The Lawn, Port Louis.
The highly anticipated event brings together some of the region’s most talented performers in a powerful celebration of Caribbean rhythm, creativity, and culture.

Representing St. Vincent and the Grenadines is Kevin Lyttle, the international soca superstar whose global hit ‘Turn Me On’ continues to resonate with audiences around the world more than two decades after its release. His career helped propel Vincentian soca to international recognition, paving the way for new generations of Caribbean artists.
Lyttle will also be joined on stage by fellow Vincentian artist CHILLBILL, a rising performer known for his distinct sound and creative energy, representing the new wave of Vincentian talent.
They share the stage with a stellar lineup of regional heavyweights, including Jamaican stars Protoje, Sevana, and Mortimer, alongside an extensive cast of Grenadian performers who will bring their own island flair to the stage. Together, they embody the richness and diversity of Caribbean music.
This year’s GCMF is more than a music festival. It is a celebration of connection, collaboration, and Caribbean unity. Through music, the event bridges islands and generations, reminding audiences of the shared rhythm that binds the region together.
As our sister island of Grenada opens its doors to welcome artists and fans from across the Caribbean, St. Vincent and the Grenadines proudly celebrates the occasion and the spirit of togetherness that defines our regional identity.More information about the Grenada Caribbean Music Festival can be found on the festival’s official social media pages below:
