ULP’s Manifesto Officially Launched: View It Here

The ruling Unity Labour Party (ULP) has officially launched its manifesto which outlines the party plans to govern the country over the next years (2025-2030) if it is elected to power on November 27.

The manifesto launch took place at the Colonarie Playing Field on Sunday, November 16 to thousands of people gathered in-person and hundreds viewing online.

The party described the 108-page manifesto as “the largest, most comprehensive manifesto in Caribbean political history,” saying the “ULP offers real plans, not promises…”.

Some of the major plans in the document include opening the Modern Hospital at Arnos Vale, doubling PRYME Grants to 4,000, the building or rebuilding of 3,000 homes, the creation of a modern city at Arnos Vale with a youth flow, the creation of 6,000 more jobs, the opening of a National Career Center, the transformation of Kingstown’s waterfront, the training of 500 youth farmers & fisherfolk, and the protection of Vincentian passport and working for visa feee access to the USA.

A small booklet about taking SVG to first world status was also launched.

Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the party’s youth manifesto will be launched on the 23rd at Richmond Hill Playing Field.
