The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) has provided an update on an investigation into a reported kidnapping involving two victims on Monday, December 29, 2025.
According to police, at approximately 1:30 a.m. on December 29, 2025, two unknown masked men allegedly took a 31-year-old female and a 17-year-old minor, both from Edinboro, from Arnos Vale to Belair without their consent or any lawful authority. Police further reported that the minor was wounded during the incident.
Police stated that officers later identified and approached a motor vehicle suspected to be involved, which was located along the Belair Public Road.

During the police approach, the occupants reportedly fired shots in the direction of the officers. Police said that one individual subsequently exited the vehicle holding what appeared to be a rifle and fled the scene on foot. Three persons reportedly exited the vehicle, one of whom was apprehended and is now in police custody assisting with investigations, while another suspect remains at large.
A WANTED bulletin has been issued for Jamal McMaster, who police say is armed and extremely dangerous. Members of the public are strongly advised not to approach him and to contact the authorities with any information.
Police are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 784-456-1810, Police Control at 784-457-1211, 999 or 911, or the nearest police station. The suspect is also urged to surrender himself to the police immediately. Investigations are ongoing.
