Here is the police report on Bulze’s tragic death

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said it has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding a motor vehicle collision that occurred on January 12, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m. along the Lowmans Bay Public Road, which claimed the life of Stephen Bulze, a 58-year-old resident of Barrouallie.


In a press release, police stated that preliminary reports indicate that a motor vehicle owned by a private electrical company was travelling towards Lowmans Bay and experienced mechanical issues before crashing into a parked crane.


It was further stated that six male workers between the ages of 21 and 54 were seriously injured as a result and taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.


Police said a post-mortem examination is expected to be conducted on the deceased to ascertain the cause of death, and investigations are ongoing into the matter.


The RSVGPF said it extends its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased during this difficult time and urges all motorists to drive with due care and attention and show courtesy to all road users.
