A man was shot and killed in the Mesopotamia area of the Marriaqua Valley on Friday night.
The incident took place at around 10:50 p.m. in the Bunpan area called Montaque.
The man has been identified as Kevin Richards, a 25-year-old maintenance worker.
Reports are that Mr. Richards was at the home of a neighbour when masked assailants exited a vehicle and shot at him.
He was taken to the Levi Latham Health Centre after being shot about his body, but he was later pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
Police are conducting their investigations.
