The Role: Prepares flowers, cleans workspaces, assists customers, and supports senior designers.
Key Skills & Requirements
5 CXC Subjects; Math and English required
Experience: Previous experience is beneficial, but retail skills in garden centers or customer service can help in getting hired.
Skills: Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to handle flowers with care.
Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and busy seasons.
Physical Ability: Standing for long periods and lifting buckets of water or large arrangements.
