Police say they have responded to a shooting incident in Lowmans Hill (Leeward) where a man was shot multiple times and appears to be lifeless.
The incident took place tonight (March 25).
A woman could be heard crying while others were heard saying call 911. Someone recorded a video bring awareness to the issue.
One person said they heard about five gunshots.
The man is unidentified at this time.

The shooting is the second reported shooting today. Earlier, a man was found dead with gunshot wounds in the West Kingstown community of Ottley Hall.
Police investigations continue.
