The St. Vincent Electricity Services Ltd VINLEC says it is working to restore power to sections of the Leeward side that have been impacted by an accident.
The company confirmed to One News SVG that its teams are currently carrying out maintenance after a vehicle collided with a pole in Questelles.
The company said it had to isolate some areas to carry out the job. Areas affected include those between Questelles and Penniston.
Some other are also being affected a little further on the Leeward coast, but VINLEC is working to restore all areas in the quickest possible time.
Power has already been restored in some areas.
