Grenada has deployed 10 officers from its police force to St. Vincent.
The move is part of the Grenadian government’s support of humanitarian efforts on St. Vincent as the explosive eruptions of the La Soufriere volcano continues.
Two (2) Sergeants, two (2) Corporals and six (6) Constables left Grenada on Sunday April 18th, 2021, onboard the Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force Coast Guard,” the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) said.
“These officers will remain in St. Vincent for three (3) weeks; thereafter, another batch will be deployed at their expiration,” Grenada,” RGPF added.
