Health minister is ‘stable’ after hospital admission

Minister of Health, Wellness and the Environment, St. Clair Jimmy Prince is “stable” and “resting comfortably” after being admitted to hospital.

In a release issued on Tuesday, the health ministry said that Mr. Prince was admitted to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital today (April 27), for observation.

No further information was provided about Mr. Prince’s condition or cause for admission.

In addition to being the health minister, Mr. Prince is also the Parliamentary Representative for the Marriaquia constituency.

In the interim, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will carry out the duties of the health minister.
