Over 20,000 receive COVID-19 vaccines in SVG

Over 20,000 people in St. Vincent and the Grenadines have received at least one jab of a COVID-19 vaccine.

According to the latest vaccination report from the Ministry of Health, 20, 562 people have so far received a COVID-19 vaccine.

There are currently 184 active COVID-19 cases in SVG.

The number of COVID-19 deaths stands at 12.

To date, some 2,027 people in St. Vincent and the Grenadines have been infected with COVID-19.

Some 1,831 have recovered.

The two government-approved COVID-19 vaccines are The Oxford, AstraZeneca vaccine and the Russian, Sputnik vaccine.
