The Ministry of Health says it is continuing to observe a significant increase in the number of positive cases of Covid-19.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Simone Keizer-Beache says the Ministry started detecting this increase around December 28, 2021.
Dr. Keizer-Beache says the Ministry suspects that the omi-cron variant of Covid 19 may be circulating here.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines recorded its first case of Covid-19 in March 2020.
Considering that it seems that this varient may be the solution to the pandemic it could be good news. Apparently the numbers in Africa have flatlined.
I’m more concerned with the responses to the virus as they are doing a lot more damage and it is generational damage.
