St. Vincent and the Grenadines netballers are the champions in the second International OECS/ECCB Netball Series.
The tournament was held at Windsor Park in the Commonwealth of Dominica from February 12 to 18, 2022.
In the final match held on Friday, February 18, team St. Vincent outplayed team St. Lucia 39 goals to 17.
According to results published by the Caribbean Netball Association, the scorers for St. Vincent in Friday’s final were Mary-Ann Frederick who scored 32 goals, Shellisa Davis who scored 5 goals, and Zanique Vincent who scored two goals.
In the final results of the championship, St Vincent and the Grenadines emerged the overall winners. Second place went to St. Lucia, third place to Antigua and Barbuda, fourth place to the Commonwealth of Dominica, and fifth place to St. Kitts and Nevis.
