A local organization, RedRootSVG Inc., distributed twenty-three certificates in four different skill areas to various women across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).
In a release, RedRootSVG said it ended its first training program for the year 2022. The Against All Odds training program which commenced on the 17th of January 2022 and ended on the 24th of March 2022, was being held at RedRootSVG’s office in Paul’s Avenue.
“This training program was geared towards encouraging unemployed women to learn skills such as mixology, customer service, QuickBooks and beginners nail technology course, to aid them in bettering themselves and creating meaningful employment in the near future,” the release stated.
RedRootSVG, a non-profit organization, has been offering skills training and other services since the year 2018 to uplift the lives of women in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
