Students north of dry river urged to remain home today Sep 26

ADVISORY ON SCHOOL ATTENDANCE FOR MONDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2022

Due to the inclement  weather, rivers to the North of the Rabacca Bridge have become impassable to vehicular traffic. Parents and guardians of students affected, and teachers, are advised to exercise caution and remain at home. 

The latest forecast issued by the Meteorological Office this morning predicts “Unstable conditions” across the islands and “moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms”.

Drivers transporting the children to and from school should remain alert.
