The St Vincent and the Grenadines – SVG netball team secured its third win in the Americas Netball World Cup Qualifiers in Jamaica on Thursday.
According to results published by Americas Netball, SVG won against Antigua 66 to 30.
So far, SVG has secured three wins and three losses.
The Netball World Cup Qualifiers Americas, for Cape Town 2023, are currently taking place in Kingston, Jamaica (16th-21st October 2022).

SVG’s first win was against the United States on Day One – Sunday, October 16, with a score of 51-24, but they lost to Jamaica 74-35.
On Day Two – Monday, October 17, St. Vincent and the Grenadines – SVG narrowly lost to Trinidad and Tobago 42-49.
On Day 3 – Tuesday, October 18, SVG won against St. Lucia 49 to 36 on October 18.
On Day Four – Wednesday, October 19, Team SVG lost to Barbados 57-36.
On Day Five – Thursday, October 20, SVG defeated Antigua and Barbuda 66-30.

On Day 6 – Friday, October 21, SVG will face the Cayman Islands.
On Day 7 – SVG will face Grenada

According to CMC, “The top two teams from the Americas Netball World Cup qualifiers will qualify to be invited by World Netball to the Netball World Cup 2023 in South Africa, with the exception of Jamaica who will only be playing for World Rankings pointsdue to already qualifying for the World Cup because of their WN World Ranking as of August 12.”
