KINGSTOWN, ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES; FRIDAY MARCH 17, 2023 – Twenty-five teams are expected to compete in five divisions inclusive of 4 divisions for the female teams, and one for the male netball teams, when the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Netball Association Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines sponsored National Club Championships gets underway this Sunday March 19, 2023.
The championship jumps off at the Kingstown Netball Centre (Nutricia) at Montrose, with the march pass of teams at 3:30 p.m. from Victoria Square.
The ceremony will see addresses from government and various sporting officials along with local entertainment by some of SVG’s top entertainers. Then it’s the big double header between Dutch Lady Clinchers and Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force match, followed by an All-Star Male Team clash.
The divisions are:
Male Division -: Maca Crushers, Mitre Elite, X-ceed Knights
Division 1 -: Inter Island Trading/DHL Mitres, On Trac X-ceed 1
Division 2 -: Bagga United, CashWiz Green Hill, Dutch Lady Clinchers, National Properties Netters, On Trac X-ceed 2, RSVG Police Force Netball Team
Division 3 -: All Stars, Courage Bakery Netters, FOGSCO Country Blazers, Maple, Sion Hill Sports Club 1, Total Ten Technologies Netters, Irie Travel VETS
Division 4 -: BSS Warriors, Chacharas Stars, SVG General Service Maple, X-ceed Sports Club, Sion Hill Sports Club 2, Success Radio Netters, Blaze Strikers.
