Pupils at the Lowmans Leeward Anglican School were exposed to many different career options as the school held its Career Day on Friday, May 26.
Pupils from grades 1-5 also had the opportunity to dress in the attire of their preferred professions including those in public health and military.
At the school’s general assembly, the principal – Ms. Yvonne White encouraged the pupils to study hard and told them they can be anything they want to be.
Professionals from different career fields were also present to educate the pupils about what the real world of work is like. Professionals from the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force, nurses and nursing students, and entertainers were present to help inspire the students.
