Construction on Chapmans and North Union bridges to commence soon

The Ministry of Transport, Works, Lands and Physical Planning, through the Natural Disaster
Management Project Implementation and Management Unit (NDM PIMU) said they will be undertaking work to reconstruct the Chapmans and North Union Bridges in the upcoming months.

In a public service announcement they said, the project team will be hosting a community meeting to inform residents of North Union, Chapmans, Lowmans Windward and surrounding communities about the projects.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 8th June 2023 at the Chapmans New Testament Church of God from 7:00 p.m.

They said, Members of the NDM PIMU project team will be on hand to address questions and concerns as they urged to please make an effort to attend.

Parliamentary Representative, Hon. Saboto Caesar will be in attendance to discuss this project and other matters.
