Park Hill Government School is 2023 Inter-Primary Cricket Champion

The Park Hill Government School emerged the champion of the 2023 Inter-Primary Schools’ Cricket Championship after they defeated the South Rivers Methodist School.

In the final match today at the South Rivers Playing Field, Park Hill Government won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 196 runs from 30 overs.

When it was the turn of South Rivers Government to bat, they fell short of the score, only managing to make 175 runs off their 30 overs.

They lost the match by some 21 runs.

The community turnout was considerable, and Park Hill fans went into a frenzy after the victory.
