Responsibilities include:

• Guarding and Patrolling

• Access Control

• Preparing reports and maintaining records

❖ Security Supervisor

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills, sound judgment and quick decision-making, excellent communication and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising security staff and daily operations

• Enforcing security policies and procedures

• Responding to incidents and emergencies

• Preparing reports and maintaining records

• Training staff and managing duty schedules

❖ Maintenance Technician

The successful candidate should demonstrate a versatile skill set encompassing grounds maintenance, plumbing, light electrical tasks, and general repairs.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, assign, and review work orders to ensure timely completion

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials

• Have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related trades
