St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister marries Vincentian diplomat

St. Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis’ Prime Minister – Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew has announced his marriage to Vincentian Diplomat Mrs. Diani Prince-Drew.

The Prime Minister announced the move on his official Facebook page tonight (February 10), closing out months of speculation about the relationship between the two.

“It is with a grateful heart that I inform you of my marriage to my wife Mrs. Diani Prince-Drew,” he said.

“The wedding took place in the beautiful CARICOM sister island of Barbados on 10th February 2024 in the presence of God, as the ceremony was officiated by Rev. Fr. David Yarde of the Anglican Church,” the post stated.

Mrs. Prince-Drew is the daughter of St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Minister of Health, Wellness, and the Environment – Hon. St. Clair Jimmy Prince.

Mr. Drew said: “The ceremony was attended by my mother, my son and my sisters and the close family members of my wife”.

“I therefore officially introduce you to Mrs. Diani Prince-Drew. We ask for your prayers and support as we embark on our new life together,” Mr. Drew said.

On her LinkedIn profile, Mrs. Prince-Drew describes herself as a “dynamic Vincentian Attorney-at-Law and Diplomat with nearly a decade’s experience in Corporate matters, Criminal Law, Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, International Law, Public Policy, and Sustainable Development”.

Meanwhile, Dr. Drew, a trained medical doctor, took up the office of Prime Minister on Saturday, August 06, 2022. He is the fourth Prime Minister of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
