Two men were shot and killed tonight (April 24) in two separate incidents that are said to be related.
Here is what we can confirm.
Footballer Zanroy Lee was shot and killed this evening in the Murrays Village area.
He was shot by an unknown assailant.
The circumstances surrounding his shooting are unknown.
A few hours later, in another incident at Redemption Sharpes, another man was shot and killed.
He has been identified as Romano Pompey.
Reports are that he was shot and killed by police.
It is not clear if the two incidents were connected, but we are awaiting official information from the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force in order to bring more credible information on the matter.
