CT Scan Service at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital Fully Operational

The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environmental Health and Energy has announced that CT scan services at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital are now fully operational, restoring a key diagnostic service for patients across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

In a public statement, the Ministry confirmed: “The CT Scan service at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital is now fully operational.”

With the service restored, the Radiology Department has begun contacting patients who have outstanding CT scan referrals in an effort to reduce waiting times and improve access to diagnostic care.

“The Radiology Department is currently contacting patients with outstanding CT scan referrals in an effort to reduce waiting times and improve access to diagnostic services,” the Ministry stated.

Patients who have been awaiting CT scans, as well as those with recent referrals, are being encouraged to make direct contact with the Radiology Department at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital to schedule appointments.

The Ministry added: “Patients who have been waiting for a CT scan, as well as individuals with recent referrals for CT scan services, are kindly asked to contact or visit the Radiology Department at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital to schedule their appointments.”

For further information or scheduling, patients are advised to reach out directly to the Radiology Department.
